Happy Birthday!

Happy HUMP DAY!!!!  I hope you are enjoying your week.  Today starts a new Challenge over at Stampotiques Originals blog and this weeks challenge is monochromatic.  I have to admit, this was a really hard challenge for me, as I love color and lots of different colors, so to stay in one color palette was really hard, but that's what challenges are for, right!
For my card today, I used Whisker Monster with Sign, and this Happy Birthday to you rubber stamp.  I'm not completely sure how I feel about this card or the color palette, but what am I sure of is this SUPAH cute image.  I am head over heels in love with these monster, and I really love this one, as I can put whatever sentiment I want in the sign.
Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you will join us over at Stampotique Originals for this weeks challenge. See you there!

Going Grey With Scrap-Creations CHallenge: GO Green!

Happy Tuesday!!! I hope you have had a great weekend and week this far.  Like I said yesterday, my weekend was rather quiet. The only "scheduled" event was my Daughters Gymnastic on Saturday night, and what a gymnastic meet it was.  My daughter Abbey had a fantastic meet and placed 2nd place all around.  It was her best meet this season so far.  My husband and I are so proud of her, and all the hard work she has put into it.
This week at going Grey, we are Going Green!!!!  We want to see your green projects.  For my project, I used one of my Great Impressions Clover stamp and I made rather simple card.  I do love the 4 leaf clover stamp....This card is destined to one pf my "lucky" friends. (wink).
Before we start with this week challenge, we should look back on last weeks

Congrats...It's a Baby!

Happy Sunday All. I hope you are enjoying your weekend.  Mine has been very low key, which I LOVE!  I was able to do a little bit if crafting yesterday, and hopefully even more today.
Today I wanted to share with you a baby card I made for a friend, who is expecting her 6th baby.  She currently has 3 girls and 2 boys, so I am hoping it's a boy. a boy would mean she has the Brady Bunch (TV show).  With all 6, she never found out what she was having, so I attempted a gender neutral card, using Zara's Gift rubber stamp, which you can find here, at Stampotiques originals.  When I first saw this image, I thought "birthday", but needing to make a baby card, I thought this image would work great, and I think it does.  Not your typical colors for a baby, but I loved the DP, and wanted to use it....
Well, that is all for me today. I hope you a have a great day and Happy Creating!

It's gotta be pairs!

Happy Wednesday,  Today I have a card to share with you for this weeks Stampotique Originals Designer challenge.  The challenge is to use 2 of something, or pairs.  I decided I would go with pairs. I used Owl see you rubber stamp, and created 2 of them and used them on the opposite sides of the stacked Love stamp.  I love all the stamps that I used to create this card.  Actually, I don't think there is a Stampotique stamp, that I don't love!!!  Well, I am off to bed. I hope you will join us in this weeks challenge for a chance to win Stampotique product!  Happy Crafting!

Big Hugs!!!!

Wahoo...it's Saturday night , and I am in my Pj's typing my post and extremely happy about it.  I am not sure at what age you are thrilled to be in on a Saturday night, but I am.  I feel like the weeks fly bye and I never have time to do anything, including rest.  Between work, and the kids sports schedule, we are spread pretty thin, so when I have to to do nothing, I take it!
I did manage to color a few images this week, and make a couple of projects, including this one.  This weeks challenge over at Stampotique Originals  blog is to make a project and include a heart.  Well, I am a sucker for anything with hearts, and when I sat to choose my image, this one popped right out at me. How CUTE is this little Hoo-Hoo stamp!!!!  I have used this stamp a few times, and every time I use it, I fall in love with it over, and over again!
So, come join us over at the Stampotique Originals Designers Challenge blog with your heart project for a chance to win $30.00 worth of product. I hope to see you there.
