Happy Birthday Little Dude!
Ahhhh.....Happy Friday. Wow, I can't believe It's Friday already. We left yesterday for Washington DC, and after our 8 hour drive and a day full of sight seeing, at crashed at 9:30pm, and that may be why I am sitting here typing this at 4:00am. I went to bed much to early for me. Anyways, D.C if fabulous. SO much more than I had anticipated. Every thing is big and beautiful. My only complaint here is the traffic and the drivers. Shoot, I thought Mass drivers were bad, these people make them look normal :)
So, before I left, I managed to get a few cards made. How cute is this image. This oh so cute tiger image is by Wags n' Wiskers Stamps. I wanted to use the "dog" Basic Grey paper, which I thought matched fabulously. I also decided to jump in and play in their challenge this week, which is stitching. I stitched around my edges. I added the "Happy Birthday Little Dude" sentiment from Amuse. I thought this card would make a great little boy b-day card. Whatcha think?
Well, I better consider getting back to bed and trying to fall asleep, as we have another jam packed day of sight seeing before we head to Ocean City MD tomorrow! Thank you SO MUCH for stopping by. I hope you have a FABULOUS weekend!

Going Grey with Scrap-Creations Challenge: Christmas in July!
Happy Tuesday!!!! I do love Tuesday. Wanna know why??? Because Tuesday's = Going Grey with Scrap-Creations. We had a fantastic turn out last week. I hope you all are enjoying the challenges as much as I am.
For my card today, I used a stamp that has been seriously neglected. I bought this Amuse stamp years ago, and never used it. But when I was looking for X-mas stamps, I knew I wanted to use this one. If I decide to make mass Christmas cards this year, I may make this card! What do you think?
But before we start with this week, let me tell you about last weeks Top 3. It is always so hard to pick just 3. Without further a do. The top 3 cards for last week are:

I made this card last week for my son's Karate teacher Ms. Simoneou. She is a amazing teacher. SHe is twenty years old, working full time, going to school full time and yet she always puts in 100% when teaching the classes, so I wanted to make sure that she knew how much we appreciated all she did, and along with the card, I included a Farmville GC...(hahaha)....
Well, like I said, a quick post. I am off to get inky..Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a FABULOUS weekend. Happy Creating!

Halloween is Hoppin at Tiddly Ink
Hey there, thanks for stopping by on this glorious day! I hope you are enjoying your summer days. I don't know about you, but we have had some seriously crazy weather here in New England. TORNADO WARNINGS......what...we don't get tornadoes. Seriously, the news came on with breaking news about getting in your basement and everything. It was crazy. Thankfully where I live (Nashua, NH), we didn't see any of that, and actually it has been the opposite where I live. We haven't seen rain in days. There has been thunder storms in the local areas, but I haven't seen anything, including rain in SOO long. What's the weather been where you are? Maybe I should have gone to school to be a meteorologist, as I find it fascinating....
I have gone GOTH......ok, not really.....Today is Tiddly Inks Halloween Blog Hop, and with Halloween being one of my favorites, I just had to play along. For my card, I used Gothic Pinky from Tiddly inks, and I am also submitting this card into their weekly challenge, which is a sketch. I have to admit that I am just loving these images. I feel like they were made for me. They go from "so cutesy to goth", and I like to play with both.....so don't be surprised if you see lots more of these images on my blog :)
So, what do you think of Goth girl? I wasn't so sure on how to color her hair. Black hair is the hardest for me do to. I also had a hard time choosing embellishments. Do you give a GOTH girl flowers? Well, I did, but I used black and gray with some screw brads for a little metal feel. I'm not so sure it works, but it's going to have to.
Well, I am off to take my daughter to camp. I hope you are having a great day, and happy creating!

Treasure Life's Little Moments......
So, as I have mentioned, it has been HOT & HUMID her in New hampshire for weeks, and we have seen barely a sprinkle, but I am happy to report that it is raining, and I am having a fantastic PJ kinda day. We really needed the rain (both my lawn, garden and myself). The summer is proving to be a very busy but fun one, but I am happy to have the rain. It somehow convinces me that it is OK to sleep in and lounge around in my pjs.
As my hubby said, "that card is not your typical, but it's nice". Don't you just love it when they say stuff like that. The thing is, he is right. My card today, is not my "typical" card. These are not my typical colors or image, but I like how it turned out. Pretty simple.
My card today is made to participate in a few challenges. The first challenge is a progressive challenge over at Designed to Delight digi stamps. Every week you play, you get the next weeks FREE digi stamp to work with, works for me, their images are super cute. Not only does Designed to delight have a challenge blog, but they also have a second challenge blog called Double Delights D2D, which is run by Kristine Breech and her sister. This weeks challenge there, was to use this image and EMBOSS. I will admit that when I saw emboss, I had a mini panic attack (ok, not really but..). I am such a DP addict, that I couldn't imagine not using it. So, if you look VERY closely, you will see that I used my cuttlebug folder and embossed the cardstock behind my flower bottles......It works...right????
I also made this card for The Rubber Cafe's inspiration challenge. The challenge was to pick a card designed by one of their DT members and create ypour take on it. I picked this card by Ann. I knew I wanted to use the Vino image, and her colors were perfect , so this is my take on her card. What do you think?
My Card qualifies for the following Challenges:
Papertake Weekly Challenge-This challenge is "In The Garden". What a fun theme for a challenge!
The Shabby Tea Room #17 - embossing
KL Stampin and Scrappin': embossing
Well, that is all for me today. Thank you a TON for stopping by. Have a great day and Happy Creating!

Wish......
I am also loving this card even more, because I have been trying to use this BG paper pack and I just don't love it, but I managed to get it to work on this card!
Well, the I must cut this short, and get my card into the challenge before it ends tonight. Thanks for looking!
I'm Behind you 100%
Heheheheeee.....This stamps just makes me chuckle. I hope you're having a fabulous day today. I am happy to report that the hot weather here in New Hampshire has broke a tad. It has been completely terrible. It has been between 96 and 100+ degrees here with thick humidity. You know, I could actually take the hot weather, but it's the humidity that I can't deal with. Yesterday I was trying to make some cards and it was hot and my kids were fighting, and that just lead me to zero patience.......but today, I feel better.
So, onto my card....Last month I attended a Stamp show in Springfield, MA and while walking around with all my ooohs, and awes, a sample card caught my eye. Yup, as you can see, that stamp made it home to my house. I needed it....well, ok, I wanted it.....heheheee. It is a very different kind of stamp for me, but I love it!
I followed this sketch from Nikki Fairburn, and went with it. I used my new Basic Grey Oliver paper pack. Man, I love the new BG paper packs. Well, I am off to another day with my cherubs. I hope you have a fantastic day and thank you for stopping by. Have a great day and happy creating.
My card qualifies for the following:
One Stop Craft Challenge 87-Distressing is their fun challenge this week!
Crafty Catz Challenge #39-Their challenge is to use distressing on your card.
